Kyle Rath has been a real estate sales person for 28 years. He is now the Broker/Co-Owner of RE/MAX Titanium. As a lifelong resident of Hilton, Kyle has dedicated himself to his community and the surrounding areas.
After returning from serving five years with the United States Navy, Kyle joined Schepler Realty. He became the Co-Owner of Schepler in 1996 until joining RE/MAX in 2001.
Through each stage of his real estate journey, Kyle has maintained a strong presence in Hilton, Hamlin and Kendall. With each transaction made, Kyle is sure to make his clients aware and comfortable with each step in the process.

Danielle Windus Cook has been the Broker/Owner of Danielle Windus-Cook Properties for 15 years. She is now the Broker/Co-Owner of RE/MAX Titanium. As a lifelong resident of Brockport, Danielle has devoted herself to serving her community. With nearly 30 years of experience in mortgage origination and real estate sales, she has the knowledge to work with her clients from start to finish whether they are buying or selling.
When working with a seller, she understands the importance of preparing the property and staging the home before listing. By doing the legwork upfront she makes the transaction as simple and easy as possible.
When working with buyers, Danielle understands they are not buying a house, but a home, and she strives to make sure it is a neighborhood they will be happy in.
As the Co-Owner and Broker, Danielle encourages the agents in her office to work together so each agent’s strengths are part of the company, shared with other agents, and offered to each client. Joe Avery joined our RE/MAX Titanium team in the fall of 2017 after being licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson. A lifelong resident of the Greater Rochester area, Joe is excited to continue impacting his home community.
Joe joined the world of customer service and sales in 2005. After graduating from Victor High School in 2008, he continued his service gaining experience ranging from chef to kitchen manager to corporate trainer. Joe’s knowledge in the restaurant business and detail orientation earned him the Assistant Manager position at Chili’s Bar and Grill. Currently, Joe is our newest agent at RE/MAX Titanium. Ilene became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in April 2016 after retiring as a teacher from Kendall Elementary School.
Ilene loves assisting buyers in the process of finding their dream home, representing sellers to get a fair price for their property and finding the perfect location for her clients interested in starting or growing a business.
With her experience in Orleans County as a casework social worker and with Kendall Schools, Ilene brings a unique understanding of the surrounding communities to the table.

For 20 years, Stacey Costello worked as a Planner/Buyer and Purchasing Manager. In 2018, Stacey decided she wanted to take her experience, pursue a more fulfilling career, and joined our Titanium Team. Stacey’s experience negotiating contract prices and delivery dates eases her clients through the process of each real estate transaction.
Stacey and her husband raised their three children in the Brockport community. Through fundraisers and volunteering with the school’s music program and sports boosters, Stacey came to know that home goes beyond just the place you live.

Mike Cumbie is the Training and Development Manager of RE/MAX Titanium. Working in technical support and software development for several companies, including Xerox, his skills help our customers and agents access the newest technology in the real estate industry. Mike has been a resident of Western NY since 2000. His service to our community ranges from a volunteer EMT to a former U.S. Army infantry team leader to the secretary of the Hamlin Veteran’s Association. Mike’s motivational attitude and analytical reasoning skills will serve any customer well.
Henry “Hank” Earle is a New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson and member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. Hank is based out of Brockport and serves the Greater Rochester community buying and or selling residences.
Even before becoming a real estate salesperson four years ago, Hank had all the skills that makes a real estate professional stand above the rest. He continues to apply the same skills and devotion to his clients through each transaction.
Hank assists buyers and sellers with every facet of the real estate process, including house search, property value analysis, purchase offer, inspections, and closing. Diana Flow joined Danielle Windus-Cook Properties in the fall of 2010. Diana adds another attractive advantage to the firm with her fluency in sign language. Prior to taking her real estate course, Diana spent over 15 years working with the deaf. Her background as an interpreter included working with both the private and public sector.
Diana always brings excitement and enthusiasm into her work. Whether searching for a home or preparing to list a house, Diana will consider the job done only when the client is totally satisfied.
Diana also works with rentals. Whether you have property that you want to rent out weekly, monthly or any other time specification, Diana will help with the legwork. If you need to rent an apartment or home, Diana will be there for you.
Cindy Ingraham has been a Real Estate Salesperson for 12 years. She began working with Danielle Windus-Cook Properties in 2005 after purchasing her home in Brockport through Danielle. Cindy’s familiarity with the surrounding communities is transparent in her service with the Brockport Kiwanis Club.
Previously a medical technologist and science teacher, Cindy brings her organizational and computer skills with her to real estate. She applies her skills to all aspects of the selling or buying process.
Cindy is dedicated to each transaction and is sure to account for and consider each of her client’s needs. She strives to help her buyers obtain their dream home and guide her sellers through their sale with as little stress as possible.

Laura Kingdollar comes to RE/MAX Titanium with 15 years of real estate investment experience. Her knowledge of house flipping was one of the main reasons for Laura’s decision to obtain her Real Estate License.
A lifelong resident of Clarendon, Laura and her husband have owned and managed rental properties in the area in addition to renovating homes. Upon completing her Associates Degree from Genesee Community College in 2008, Laura established and began running her family’s lawn care business. She is an active member of St. Mary’s Church in Holley and spent her time prior to becoming a licensed real estate salesperson working at The College at Brockport.
Laura’s personal real estate experience, administrative and communication skills and full community connections make her a strong asset to our Titanium Team. Laura looks forward to assisting you in purchasing your next home or selling your current home. She will only be satisfied when you are.
Jessica Laursen has been with RE/MAX Titanium since the beginning. After graduating from St. Bonaventure University in May of 2017, Jessica brought her strategic, detail-oriented brain to brand and launch our RE/MAX Titanium Team. While working to build content and create social media posts for agents and listings, an interest in real estate sparked for Jessica.
Alongside real estate, Jessica works for Tompkins Bank of Castile as a Customer Service Representative. Jessica spends her days helping customers find the best banking products for their financial needs and strive to prevent and solve issues for customers.
Growing up in Caledonia, NY, Jessica knows home goes beyond your front door step. Bob Muesebeck has been a Real Estate Salesperson with Danielle Windus-Cook Properties for eight years. Bob is a Vietnam Veteran, President of the Brockport Area Veteran’s Club and a member of the Town of Sweden Board of Assessment Review. He is now a Councilperson on the Sweden Town Board. His range of experience makes him adept at representing all types of property, and his long residency in the village of Brockport is an added asset.
In addition to Bob’s representation of buyers and sellers in the real estate market, he also brings a wealth of knowledge, contacts and enthusiasm to the Company. His expertise in auctions adds one more option for the seller. Bob maintains an attitude that represents auctions as another option, not a last resort.

Lorraine Oakley moved to the area in 1975 and immediately became active in several organizations including the Chamber of Commerce for the Albion area. Estate Liquidations has been Lorraine’s primary business for over 35 years, but after working in a business that often led to the sale of homes, it just seemed natural for her to add Real Estate Salesperson to her resume. She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and has gained additional expertise in the business covering Orleans, Niagara, Monroe and Genesee Counties. Lorraine is the perfect example of the old adage “if you want something done – ask a busy person.” She is a success in her estate liquidation business as well as in her real estate business. Lorraine is a member of the New England Appraiser Association and is bonded and insured. She looks forward to serving all your real estate needs where it be residential housing, farmland, lake front or commercial properties.

Kim Popen worked as a Real Estate Salesperson with Danielle Windus-Cook Properties for 12 years. Kim’s banking background is extremely helpful to her work in Real Estate. When working with her clients, Kim’s friendliness and business background all come into play helping her as she brings her clients through the process with ease. She is proof that the more people you associate with, the better base you have to offer your clients as buyers and sellers. Mike Rath has been selling real estate for seven years. After 32 years working for General Motors, Mike retired and has continued to serve his hometown community through Hamlin Recreation and Hamlin VFW. A native of the Hamlin area, Mike is always honored to share the pieces that allow him to call this area “home” with his buyers and sellers.
For the past 17 years Tony has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson working with Lighthouse Realty and Snell Realtors. As the owner and manager of three properties with a multi-million dollar sales production himself, Tony is more than equipped to assist any client with their real estate needs.
Tony has been an active member in the community since graduating from Brockport State University. Serving on the Village of Albion’s Zoning Board since 2005, Tony has worked through practical difficulties and hardships of property owners to ensure zoning laws were met and followed by property owners. Tony has also been a board member of the Medina Memorial Hospital Foundation since 2006.
In his early years of real estate, Tony worked with Danielle at the Realty Network. After 17 years and two-time Salesman of the Year award recipient, Tony is happy to be joining forces with Danielle and Kyle as one of RE/MAX Titanium’s newest associate brokers.

Barbara Windus has been working with her daughter, Danielle, in the Real Estate industry since 2002. She has been a tremendous asset in building Danielle’s real estate company into what it is today. She goes above and beyond to help clients and agents with a stress free real estate experience.
She is a former Co-Owner of Freida’s Dress Shoppe in the Village of Brockport and a past Lakeside Memorial Hospital Twig President. She has lived in the town of Sweden with her husband Walt for over 40 years and knows the Brockport area well.
